Design Audit

• This is a 1 day visit with a Full Design Audit on your Airbnb or Short-Term Rental in North Carolina.

HOW IT WORKS:

• At NO COST to the host...I will spend approx. 8hrs as your guest, on a date that is convenient for you and conduct a complete property audit of your rental.

The Audit Will Include:

• A complete property review focusing on décor, quality, comfort, function and overall guest experience.
• Recommendations for additions and upgrades
• Detailed visual & operational inspection of furnishings, accessories, small appliances and all amenities
• Bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets, protective covers etc.)
• Bathroom amenities (toiletries, extra towels, bathmats, hair dryer etc.)
• Kitchen amenities (dishes, cutlery, pantry items, coffee, water etc.)
• Guest amenities (games, beach/pool towels, books, Bluetooth speakers, phone chargers etc.)
• Outdoor spaces (seating, entertainment, ambiance)
