Investing in high-quality, durable furniture for high traffic rooms will save you money in the long run and make your guests feel pampered.
Keep it simple!
Stick to a fresh, clean and timeless look, add trendy colors or themes using easily changeable accent pieces like pillows. Ideally your rental should have enduring appeal. It should never feel cluttered or too personal.
Add a statement element to each room
Remember that people are looking for an experience in the places they stay. It doesn’t have to be something large or grand, it can be as simple as artwork from local artisans or decor that are true to your local setting.
Choose pretty & practical necessities
Find pieces that are both pretty and practical,
then use them as décor.
Create instagramable spaces
Incorporate unique items into your interior that gives the room an Instagrammable focus point! Think about specific corners where you can achieve these fun ideas. One idea would be a wall-mounted neon sign with bold wallpaper.

- A simple, visible wifi password (and great wifi)
- Universal chargers for different types of phones and devices

Remember, your title is host – not manager, or owner. So think of all that the word "HOST" implies when representing your property and its experience to guests. And, if you really want to go the extra mile, consider leaving food or beverages from a local artisan to deepen your guest’s experience.
